Belt construction

Multi-Ply Fabric Belting

Versatile EP/PN, NN and special-weave carcasses for general through severe conveyor duties.

Product overview

Built around the duty.

Double Arrow multi-ply conveyor belt cutaway
1 Top cover · 2 Skim coat rubber · 3 Textile carcass · 4 Bottom cover · 5 Cut or moulded belt edges.

Multi-ply belting builds tensile strength from two or more rubberised textile plies. The carcass can be tuned for strength, flexibility, troughability, impact response and pulley geometry across a wide range of plant and materials-handling conveyors.
